Limit organisation size to about 150 in a function-based federation.

Keep unit sizes and working contacts for each person down to about 150. This is known as Dunbar's Number which is explained at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunbar%27s_number . Broadly it is about the maximum number of people with whom someone can have a good social relationship. This would suggest organisations should be kept to about 150 and is behind my suggestion for a federated structure of small organisations each performing a function, customer advocacy for instance, rather than large organisations which try to control all functions and become bureaucracies.
