Do just the concept that we are not all equal in terms of potential capacity.
We are all born equal, but the first cry begin to walk different and personal paths that will lead to the formation of unique individuals.
Before we learn to manage diversity, we must learn to understand and accept differences.
Hi Giuseppe - thanks for sharing. I agree diversity and inclusion is key to the adaptable organization, it has already come out strongly during this Hackathon.

I've highlighted the text above because I think this is at the heart of the mini-hack you're suggesting. It implies an organization-wide program of change, encompassing many things e.g. learning, behaviors, culture, mindset and so on. I'm sure there's a whole lot more.
Am I on the right lines?

In my experience, HR are most concerned with consistency and fairness due to their close relationships with the Trade Unions. While consistency and fairness are important, it should never be at the detriment of taking away uniqueness. Large organisations operate on 'one-size-fits-all' solutions on the premise of 'economies of scale' and in the process sell their soul in achieving perceived efficiencies. In fact 'one-size-fits-all' fits no one and creates less efficiencies!
Diversity = strength!
