Adaptable Strategies for Adaptable Organisations is the key

For an organisation to be adaptable, then the people working in the organisation must be adaptable. So organisations need to
1. adopt an adaptable strategy of identifying and recruiting adaptable people,
2. provide training, development and workshops in adaptability and other related competences as a regular offering available for everyone to participate in to maintain the key adaptability agenda to the forefront of the organisations day to day business.
This includes adaptable business leaders and managers ready to promote and encourage the freeing up of innovation and challenge in the organsiation by authentic and positive participation in the whole process
