Join and reward talents
What if we joined and reward leadership skills for bringing diverse innovators together under a simply stated target, such as NEW PERFORMANCE REVIEWS that ratchet up talent development at work. We have many talented and successful leaders here at the MIX. Now it's time to draw together diverse ideas more specifically into products that meet new market needs and reward workers. Briefly stated, a shared need would get us started. For instance, people might agree that newly designed and led Performance Reviews would lead to more talents unlocked at work. Next would be the drawing together of talents that design novel performance reviews that result in more risk taking for bigger innovation gains. Then we'd need a participant to input these into a department and report the results. This step-by-step use of our ideas will begin to shift the paradigm from "this is the way we've always judged worker performance" to asking instead - What if we ... kinds of questions that lead to raising the bar for innovation skills that work.
